Guest guest
No teaching me how to get around my no cheating tricks! ;-) When I was growing up, I once made a pan of brownies for the family. I was told I could have one. I ended up eating half the pan and then just finished it off completely and made another pan so that nobody would know. I'm too old and lazy now to be super sneaky ;-) Kirstie
Guest guest
Nah... he's almost 16. Sugar being a reward is the least of my problems Kirstie
Guest guest
My son takes after his father in body shape and bone structure - he's skinny as a rail. He is majorly addicted to carbs though - I tried him on the Heller's plan for kids to see if it would help his ADD and he was bingeing behind my back so we stopped that. I'm lucky that as much as he loves sugar, he also loves veggies. He gets excited over a good salad! Kirstie
