<< Carmen, is this combo reducing bloating and pain?? If so, what amounts

and proportions are you taking? I'd really like to get off the naproxim

sodium - the only drug I take (once or twice monthly) - because I just

HATE

menstrual pain! And I'm not a wimp, guys, like most women I have a fairly

high threshold of pain, but menstrual pain really sucks!!

Hi Suze,

I was having " menstrual " pain for about a week and a half before my

period. My ovaries felt like they were burning up, also. I've been having

leg cramps for years with my period. Just realized I didn't have that this

time either. Yes, a definite reduction in pain. I did notice a little twinge

a few days before, but hardly noticeable. My actual cycle was much easier. I

needed much less ibuprofen. I've always had plenty of breast tenderness of

varying degrees. It was painful just to bend over and pick something up. NO

breast tenderness.

I drink about a quart of raw milk per day, about 1 teaspoon of cod liver

oil (from Radiant Life), three gel caps of evening primrose oil, and 3 gel

caps of borage oil. Dr. Byrnes has a good article on the WAP site on

menstrual stuff. I printed out the foods that are helpful and am trying to

add them in as much as possible.

Like I said, I hope the improvement continues and hope you feel better too

:)

Carmen
