Hi Mark,

While Olive oil is better than Omega 6 rich veggie oils, I do question it's

value over VCNO. VCNO is clearly better to

cook with and VCNO lowers the chance of double bond damage from free radicals

and oxidized LDL formation (it is oxidized

LDL which forms plaque). Olive oil has heaps of one & two double bond fatty

acid molecules while VCNO has none (well

almost none).
