Guest guest
So this is really a panic attack?? I used to have this almost every night several years ago. I'd be almost asleep and...WHAM! I HATED it. Mine started when I started having acid reflux symptoms. Acid reflux can feel w-e-i-r-d. I am really obese, so I used to think I might be having a heart attack. And then at night, for no reason, here this would start. I was trying to cut down contact with family, and my fiancee was miles away trying to remodel and sell his house in Michigan, so there would start the thoughts of, " If I had a heart attack here in bed and couldn't move there would be no way I could get help " and that didn't help either. I'm SOOOO glad these things quit after a while. --.
Guest guest
I can see why acid reflux might trigger a panic attack. Not only is it uncomfortable, it can't be controlled, exactly... Waiting for it, or the beginning of it, would do it for me if I was new to it.. So this is really a panic attack?? I used to have this almost every night several years ago.
