My ON symptoms seem to be totally different from everyone elses!

Hi everyone and long time no chat!

My ON has caused a decrease in color vividness in my right eye and a clarity sharpness which is overworking the muscles in my left eye. I have a pair of reading glasses with a stronger lense in the right side to help strengthen the muscles on that side, but I'm afraid the color and clarity will continue to fade over time. It's almost like going color blind in that one eye, but it's not that far gone yet. They are just duller and things are just not as bright with that eye. I tend to have twilight blindness at times as well when the ON wants to act up.

Anyway, just wanted to throw a different input out there in case there was someone experiencing these strange symptoms of ON as well.

I've been a member of this group since 2005 when dx'd with suspected transverse myelitis but have never posted and now I may have optic neuritis. I have lost patches of vision in my right eye. Jolie I noticed you had the same sort of symptom. It is really strange and kind of looks like pieces of broken glass???? I don't have dx of MS altho thru the years I've had many symptoms come and go, most of which I try to ignore. Thanks for your input...am being scheduled to see a new neuro and opthamologist.
