Guest guest
I believe that Sally, either in NT or in the WT, I forget which, recommends NOT eating hemp in any form. Guest guest
Aren't hemp seeds pretty high in polyunsaturates, and the oil goes rancid very easily? I also remember reading about Sally or maybe Enig recommending against eating hemp seeds or hemp seed oil, I think it was in Wise Traditions. I have some hempnut butter I've been putting on sourdough bread (keep it refrigerated!). And this Sat. I was at the Million Marijuana March, and my girlfriend had brought some birdseed to scatter, and we started eating it. Tasty! Hemp products were definitely Native Nutrition in the Slavic countries. -- Quick www.en.com/users/jaquick " Representative government -- where many crooks get to vote one crook into office. See the following links: http://www.remyc.com/westonaprice.html http://www.westonaprice.org/book_reviews/fat_kills.html I thought that hemp seed and oil are indeed traditional foods for portions of southwestern China, Tibet and Nepal. I have not, however, cared enough yet to find out for sure. It's a moot point from a hemp promotion standpoint though. There are more than enough industrial uses for hemp without using it as a foodstuff.

If we avoided all foods with high Omega-6, there's a lot we wouldn't eat. We need to be cautious, for sure; I wouldn't live on the stuff. But a little isn't going to kill you. As for her THC-phobia, well, I'm 45 and have never pissed in a cup, and don't intend to unless it's for Walters, Asa Hutchinson, or Ashcroft (or their clones) to drink from! -- Quick www.en.com/users/jaquick " Representative government -- where many crooks get to vote one crook into office.
