Guest guest Posted April 10, 2002 Report Share Posted April 10, 2002 I am getting very dry skin on my face ( forehead and nose area ) not sure why. My daily diet consists of half a dozen raw eggs and butter for breakfast. Lunch is lamb chops ( ones with alot of fat on outside ) with lettuce/tomatoe and butter. Dinner is usually chicken or more lamb, potatoe, pumpkin more butter and other steamed vegatables. So i thought i was getting good amounts of the right fats. Can anyone help?
