Lyme or viruses, what to treat first?

I was wondering for my 7 year old ASD son who has Lyme and viruses, which one

needs to be treated first?

Figuring out which one to treat would affect the direction for our next steps

inour treatment plan i.e. If we treat Lyme first we would see a Lyme doctor, if

we treat viruses first we would see a NIDS doctor.
