Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I wonder if anyone knows why SCIA stop calling it autism org do not accept kids that are not from America. I live in Melbourne Australia and my son is 4 yrs old with asd. I am so desperate to try anything that would help my son. SCIA does not have any contact no. but again wonder why and how I can get my son for them to help. Any advice please? Guest guest
, it's a controlled study, so they must abide by strict guidelines. Certain labs and specific laboratories also must be available to participants. There's probably many reasons why. BUT if you can find a doctor willing to join the doctor's group on SCIA, the labs and treatment plans will be shared with her/him - Even if your child is not eligible to participate in the study. is in the process of drafting a treatment oveview which should be available soon. From what I've been able to see, it's not too far off from many of the treatment approaches we use now. anti inflammatories( ibuprofen specifically), probiotics, antivirals, antifungals, antibacterials. Most of what he shares is not really new to the biomed community - it's more of an outreach to mainstream western medicine. I feel your frustration. But even if you can't find a doctor to help you, there are things you can do on your own. You may also have some luck contacting Dr. Woeller @ autismactionplan.org Dr. Woeller works with patients via skype, is quite versed in autism and has agreed to join the SCIA group for doctors to help someone who's mom reached out to him. It can't hurt to try. hope this helps, Tammy To: mb12valtrex Sent: Wednesday, January 4, 2012 4:18 AM Subject: Need help on stop calling it autism org , Hello Everyone, I wonder if anyone knows why SCIA stop calling it autism org do not accept kids that are not from America.
