Guest guest
Hi All; I am wondering how to go about restarting B12 for my daughter. In the past we have done MB12 shots, and spray - then switched to Hydroxy B12 shots as genetics suggested too many methyl groups could be a problem. A while ago I stopped the shots as I wasn't noticing anything and she was greatly distressed by the shots. I kept supplementing for a while, then paired down the supps and B12 was one of those things I got rid of. I would like to add B12 back to the supp regime, just wondering what type (H or M) and how much to start off with... She is very aggressive and I have to be very careful not to increase the aggression as it is already intolerable. Any thoughts on B12 appreciated! Guest guest
We use shots now, but used to use the transdermal gel (creme). Nice if you have a kid who fights shots. > > Hi All; > I am wondering how to go about restarting B12 for my daughter. > In the past we have done MB12 shots, and spray - then switched to Hydroxy B12 shots as genetics suggested too many methyl groups could be a problem. > > A while ago I stopped the shots as I wasn't noticing anything and she was greatly distressed by the shots.
