See, the way I see it is, the return of the cad is also the return of the Caddy. He DiD say that he will go down and finish the job at my sister's place, and I will loose all of it if I can't find someone to do that. The roomie obviously did not work out, so that was a dead end. He did also say he might just take the camper down there and stay at a campground local to her place while he does it. He will probably be here a few months (a lot of the time THERE doing what I NEED for him to finally do) then he will shoot off to the next victim...meanwhile I will at least get some if not all of my sister's estate settled. So no, I am not "taking him back", I am allowing him to finally man up (at least some). Maybe his spidey senses finally figured out just how pissed Robbin is at him, and he wants it to be right between him and his son. Robbin is the only person he loves, aside from himself, in this world.

I can, according to the sheriff, access the inside of the house and claim the contents, the house itself is currently under foreclosure, IF I can come up with the $$ I can file the needed paperwork and renegotiate the mortgage and sell the house. Meaning, I need him to help me get the stuff OUT of the house before they sell it all with the house.
