I thought some of you might be interested in this story. It is about a man from

New Zealand whose doctors recommended he be taken off of life support. His

family insisted the doctors try high dose vitamin C and he had a miraculous

The Livon lipo C used in tis video has an alcohol component that was not

tolerated here and is ridiculously expensive. There is a group

encapsulating vit C and glutathione.

Just to make sure everyone understands why I shared the video - I am not trying

to recommend any part of it as a treatment to our group, per se. I just thought

it was a terrific story about something as simple as vitamin C bringing about an

amazing recovery and figured all of us can relate to the experience the family

had as far as the doctors not wanting to try such a basic treatment.

Thanks for the post Cathy. I enjoyed watching the report. Nice to see a good example that mainstream medicine doesn't always have the answers. Just to make sure everyone understands why I shared the video - I am not trying to recommend any part of it as a treatment to our group, per se. Pardon if you took my post as a critcism - not at all intended. In fact, one of

my children at 10y almost died of a misdiagnosed ruptured appendix. I was

furious because the symptoms were classic exc for fever and elevated WBC. He

never did run a fever and only after the rupture did his WBC respond

appropriately. At my insistance, the docs were most willing to give him IV vit C

along w tons of antibiotics that are routine for such a rupture. I credited the

vit C as a major component of his recovery!! I'm a firm believer in vit C!!! I

just wanted folks to know of our experience w the lipo form of C that was

mentioned in the video. I did not know when I ordered it a couple of years back

of the alcohol content. The do it yourself group has their own recipe but how

does one ever test such a thing?

Vit C IV can cure many things. My bro had Polio in the 60's and made a full

recovery in

10 days after high dose Vit C.

Remember its a virus, and Vit C acts like a anti Inflammatory.

The bad news about this clip is that the New Zealand docs seem to be

against alternative medicine and nutrients just as much as American

mainstream docs. But the good thing about this clip is that New Zealand

found it credible to make a news story out of. I wish that just a tiny

portion of the amazing success stories in America were made public.

Instead we have to seek them out on this Internet. We need better media!
