Hello Everyone:

Here are the last two recipes for creams and lotions.

Protection Cream

Good for: normal, dry , and severly chapped skin

Use: as desired

Prep time: approx. 45 mins

Mix with: whisk

Store in: low tub or jar

Yields: approx. 12 treatments

Special: Can be used as an intensive overnight hand and foot cream

1/4 cup pre-warmed coconut oil

1/2 cup sweet almond, extra-virgin olive, jojoba, or grapeseed oil.

1/2 TBSP cocoa butter

Combine all ingredients in a small pan or double boiler and heat just until

the cocoa butter melts. Remove from heat. Allow mixture to cool slightly,

then beat vigorously, cool a bit more, then beat again until creamy.

Note: cream may harden in cold weather. To soften, place container in a

shallow pan of hot water for about 10 mins.

Baby's Bottom Cream

Good for: all skin types, especially normal and dry

Use: as desired

Prep time: approx. 30 mins

Mix with: whisk

Store in: low tub or jar

Yields: approx. 8 treatments

Special: Makes a great " ski cream " ! Really protects against the dry,

frigid air. Also makes good diaper rash prevention cream.

2 tsp non-petroleum jelly

2 tsp. cocoa butter

2 TBSP grapeseed, jojoba. or castor oil

2 drops essential oil of orange blossom, apple blossom, carrot seed, or lemon

balm ()

Heat all ingredients ( except essential oil) in a small pan just until the

cocoa butter is melted. Remove from heat and allow to cool a bit, then stir

occasionally until cool and thick. Add essential oil, then beat again.

Store. This cream will not turn white but will be relatively thick and

clear. Use 1 tsp. per application. Refrigeration not required.

Enjoy!
