I've a friend who is trying to subscribe here, who is seeking to go no contact

with a Borderline-Narcissistic mom and a brada (borderline or worse brother).

Did I give her the right instructions, to go to yahoo to sign up? She is not yet

getting mail. Is there a better way to sign up with a simple command? I notice

that unsubscribing is really easy, but forget how I subscribed when I joined a

few years back.

Thanks for your help!

Your friend can subscribe via e-mail by sending a message to

WTOAdultChildren1-subscribe .

If she tried to do it via the website and isn't getting

messages, there may be a problem with the settings for her yahoo

account. Perhaps she's set to not received messages or Yahoo has

a different address than the one she wants to use.

Yes, there is a single " Join This Group " button at the home page for this Group:

http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/WelcomeToOz/

And your friend can then choose whether to receive messages by e-mail or whether

to just read them at the Group site, by selecting the " Edit Membership " button.
