While we're on that subject... Vsl website says that the ingredients are " lactic

acid bacteria " . Does anyone know which strains. We have had mixed results with

Vsl and I'd love to hear opinions and experiences...

The 8

special strains in VSL#3® are

Streptococcus thermophilus

Bifidobacterium breve

Bifidobacterium longum

Bifidobacterium infanti

Lactobacillus acidophilus

Lactobacillus plantarum

Lactobacillus paracasei

Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp.

bulgaricus

FYI I don't have a package in front of me, I found this info on the net a couple years back. So it could be wrong.
