Guest guest Posted January 10, 2012 Report Share Posted January 10, 2012 The 8 special strains in VSL#3® are Streptococcus thermophilus Bifidobacterium breve Bifidobacterium longum Bifidobacterium infanti Lactobacillus acidophilus Lactobacillus plantarum Lactobacillus paracasei Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus FYI I don't have a package in front of me, I found this info on the net a couple years back.
