Guest guest
" I used to get bad migraine headaches on a regular basis, for which I took Imitrex (sumatriptan) tablets. Whenever I would take the Imitrex, my OCD would pretty much disappear for most of that day. I later found out that migraine medicines work on serotonin in the brain also, so I suppose that's why I would feel almost total relief from my OCD after taking the Imitrex. By the way, my migraine headaches totally disappeared after I went through menopause, and I haven't had one in about 4 years. Just thought I would mention that for any of you women who suffer from migraines, to give you a bit of hope. "
Guest guest
I read that migraines are very rare after age 51. I do suffer from migraines. I get them when I herx. I am now taking COQ10 or rather ubinquinol and Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) for them. All the anti-inflammatories help that I have tried, but only help, not rid. The best thing I have tried to rid them is Melatonin. I will keep popping 2mg doses until relief. It usually takes about 10mg. Weird how they are very rare after age 51. Love and prayers, Heidi N I used to get bad migraine headaches on a regular basis, for which I took Imitrex (sumatriptan) tablets.
