Dr. Haltiwanger, MD CCN is well known in the world of electotherapy for

his high quality research and papers. He is as a medical doctor and clinical

nutritionist by trade. He trained with the world famous physician and researcher

Dr. Hans Nieper shortly before Dr. Nieper died in 1998. For the last six years
