Receipt for preconference class

Everyone (Anyone?!?)

I attended two of the preconference classes in Houston and am attempting to

come up with reimbursement from my employer. All I got was the green

(confirmation) cards in the mail, which I thought would be adequate for the

auditors.

Apparently not. I need a receipt for the tuition, does anyone know who

specifically I could talk to (and hopefully a contact number) to obtain a

written

receipt at this late date? Any suggestions appreciated either on list or

privately
