" Peaches and Cream " Glow Mask Good for: normal- to- very dry, and sensitive skin Use: as desired Follow with: moisturizer, if necessary Prep time: approx. 5 mins Mix with: mortar and pestle, or small bowl and fork Store in: Do not Store. Mix as needed. Yields: 1 treatment Special: Highly moisturizing and fragrant 1/2 very ripe small peach (peeled) 2 TBSP heavy cream Mash the peach half and combine with cream until smooth. Apply mixture to face and neck and leave on for 30 mins. while lying down or reclining on a slant board. Rinse. This mask is as delicious as it is nourishing for your skin. You may be tempted to mix up a larger quantity, add a dab of honey, and drink it for lunch! Note: Massk can be runny. You may wish to wrap a towel around your hair to catch any drips. Applesauce and Wheat Germ Moisturizing Mask Good for: normal to dry skin Use: as desired Follow with: moisturizer, if necessary Prep time: approx 10 mins Mix with: small bowl and spoon Store in: Do not store. Mix as needed. Yields: 1 treatment Special: Leaves skin moist and rosy 1 TBSP fresh applesauce 1TBSP raw wheat germ 2 tsp oil of wheat germ, jojoba. or sweet almond Mix the applesauce and wheat germ thoroughly. Allow mixture to thicken for 5 mins. or until wheat germ absorbs some of the apple juice. Apply to face and throat. This is another mask that can be a bit messy. Wrap up your hair and think pleasant thoughts while your skin drinks in all this moisture. Rinse. Follow with a nourishing oil massage. Simply massage oil into your face and throat in gentle, circular actions for 5 mins. Towel dry. Your face should be moist, warm, and glowing! Okay that's it for today. Enjoy!
