It would

be a good thing if they did.. and the jury probably will.. We do

have the death penalty here in PA.. though we don't enforce it

very often.. But they'll take that off the table to get her to

cop a plea..

Course the funny thing here in PA is.. (and I suspect most other

states as well).. they won't be able to keep her in general

population.. not without loads of trips to hospital emergency

rooms.. Child abusers, of any sort, don't do very well in county

or state prisons in PA...

So she will get hers.. one way or another..

I hope they throw the book at her.

Funny thing is when I first saw the article about

it, ROb said he thought he'd seen her in my building

when we were there, I guess he must have!

*shudder*shudder*shudder* the whole thing creeps me

out big time!

And of COURSE you know that if things had not

changed and I was still there fighting custody,

Rob's SOB atty would have used THAT against me,

too...I am certain of it!

Charges were filed on 9 August 2010, 2

counts of Abuse of a Corpse. Bail was set at 5 mil

straight. She was arraigned on the 9th of August,

Preliminary hearing was scheduled for the 27th of

August, that was continued until the 28th of

October. She remained in custody until 28th of

October, at which point those two charges, both

misdemeanors, were withdrawn.

On the 25th of October, there were 15 new charges

brought against her.

Charge #1 - Criminal Homicide

Charge #2 - Aggravated Assault (Felony 1)

Charge #3 - Endangering the Welfare of Children

Charge #4 - don't see it listed

Charge #5 - Reckless endanger of another person

(Misdemeanor 2)

Charge #6 - #10 - Abuse of a Corpse (Misdemeanor

2)

Charge #11 - #15 - Concealing the Death of a Child

She was arraigned on the 25th of October, and the

Preliminary Hearing is scheduled for 3 November.

She is in custody at Berks County Prison.. Guess

the bail of 5 mil still stands.

Sometimes one has to wonder....
