Emergency Medical Services Association of Texas (EMSAT) Press Release

The Emergency Medical Services Association of Texas (EMSAT) held a “Special

Meeting†on Friday February 8, 2008.

At this meeting the main topic of business was to elect the 2008/2009

President and Vice President of the Associations Executive Board.

Board Member Ernie was elected President and Vice-President and

Board Member Louis N. Molino, Sr. was re-elected as Vice-President of EMSAT.

Ernie has over twenty-five years of experience in Emergency Medical Services

and currently serves as the Director of EMS for Austin- County EMS

going on 2 years. In the past Ernie was an Assistant State EMS Director for the

State of Texas.

Louis is a twenty-six year veteran emergency services provider with both

fire and EMS experience in suburban and urban environments. In addition to

being

a Member of the Board of Directors of EMSAT he currently serves as a Member

of the Board of Directors of the National Fire Academy Alumni Association for

Region VI and is a Member of Texas EMS Magazines newly formed Editorial

Board.

The Secretary and Treasure of EMSAT are Randall Pitts and Bob Folden

respectively. The remaining Board Members are Directors Les ,

s, Bohn, Forrest Wood, and Covington.
