I'm a bit stunned by what they must consider " high protein " though. At one point in the story, someone is quoted as saying that they wouldn't recommend more than 2 grams of protein per kilogram of bodyweight per day. That's 600 calories of protein per day for me, and my daily caloric intake probably doesn't usually exceed about 1800 or so calories. I'd personally be leary of going much over that amount anyway...unless I was doing an incredible amount of weight bearing or high impact activity...
