Guest guest
Wow Sharon, That was quite the life you lived in Alaska!!! It does sound adventurous to say the least I hope one day I do go get the chance to see it. My friend, I'm not really sure whereabouts she lives, it's in Palmer, she says which is an hour (I think) from Anchorage? Jen H Jen, doing too much. Alaska.....Re: frost here this morning JenYou probably did do too much yesterday! Sometimes when I do too much I really pay for it the next day. Sometimes I pay for several days:) I hope your legs feel better by morning.Alaska is beautiful beyond belief. What part of Alaska does your friend live in? We lived on the Kenai Peninsula. We lived in a big old drafty cabin two miles from the nearest road, over the bog. I couldn't get in there until freeze-up because I couldn't hike it. When freeze-up hit I had to drive in on a 4 wheeler. It was months before I was able to get out and that didn't happen until we got an ARGO (a tracked vehicle). We had no electricity, no phone, no running water, no indoor plumbing. It was an adventure and I loved it but I missed Arizona too much so we moved back. If you get a chance to go--do it!hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product.
