Guest guest
My son has been on MB12/folinic/Acetyl Cysteine trio injections for two years and recently found out through lab results ordered by our neurologist that his B12 level is 3963 and the norms are 211-921. This is after being off of them for four weeks. I always thought MB12 was safe and water soluble. Could it be because his methylation pathways are compromised? Needless to say, after stopping the MB12, his behavior is better and after years of diarreah, his stools are formed. When I googled MB12 overdose, the first symptom was diarreah. Second was hyperactivity, and oh my is he hyper! Hoping this will calm down as well. My advice would be to have labs periodically to check levels. This was never ordered by our DAN. Guest guest
This is the case with my son as well. Definitely could be a sign of poor methylation. Methyl b -12 shots helped here. Guest guest
Oh - want to add that folinic can help with the hyperactivity. Guest guest
After doing biomedicals for two and a half years, I have come to the conclusion that I need to fix the viruses first in order for the methylation pathways to function. I am done with all supplements for now. The supplements seemed to cause further gastric upset and increased inflammation. I am 110% sure the viruses are the culprit and the other ailments are the symptoms associated. For the first time, I feel like I have found what we have been missing. My son will be healed in 2012. Guest guest
I can only answer people by telling what i would do for my son since all our kids are so diffrent.....culturellle is wonderful for bad bacteria however you need a pretty high dose to be effective like six to nine caps a day. with that said some kids dont tolerate probiotics so well in beginning. my son only started tolerating supps when i started andy cutler chelation it took about two months to see changes. i also had to cut out intolerant difficult to digest foods as he was gut kid...some kids also have problems with zinc have you tried lowering the zinc and see if it gets better? for my son when i added in copper by nutricology it brought great calmness to him....also molybedenum is spose to help balance copper/zinc my son coulnt tolerate the animal adrenal products instead i found he did well on a herbal adrenal tonic with balancing herbs as opposed to adrenal gland tissue from an animal channa To: mb12valtrex Sent: Friday, January 27, 2012 8:56 AMSubject: RE: MB12/folinic/acetyl cysteine injections How does one know if viruses are the culprit and what is all treating them with? Guest guest
We also use Klaire's Detox Support. I use Culturelle when we are on vacation. We started on the antiviral path at The NeuroSensory Center. His original test results literally off the chart last year, and a couple of weeks ago, his left ear was almost right on the line. His right ear results were very close too . My son is taking Acyclovir and Amantadine. We use Klaires detox support. Sent from my iPhone

Guest guest
I do not give him anything for sleep anymore. To tell you the truth, although he can communicate with words, I went back to the picture schedule. I find that if he can visually see what happens next, he will follow directions. He knows Bath, brush teeth, go to sleep and will not stray from his schedule. He does get up and come in my bed or I will put him back in his bed. As long as I am close to him, he will sleep all night. I sacrifice my sleep for him. Always a head or foot in my back etc. As for the yeast, a good pro-biotic, low sugar, and occasional Fluconazole Rx when I find symptoms creeping up. I always use a compounding pharmacy. Oh, in the past, he did take compounded Benedryl at night time as well. I discontinued it because I do not like pumping chemicals into him. If I do not feel right about something deep within, I stop it. I call it Mommy radar. Also, did your son have yeast and what did you use that helped if so. Thx again, Sandi To: mb12valtrex From: kerrismithvemma@...Date: Fri, 27 Jan 2012 07:22:16 -0800Subject: Re: MB12/folinic/acetyl cysteine injections I can tell you from experience, jumping and climbing indicates yeast. Also please note: My son took Melatonin for three years at bedtime and I recently found out that Melatonin should never be taken long term. Melatonin is worse than a prescription sleeping med. It disrupts hormones in boys and some girls. This should NEVER be used on a regular basis. I was advised to give this to him by our DAN doctor. Do your research before giving. Wish I would have. Anyways, I took him off of it and his sleeping pattern is the same. Ayse Viruses were/are our main problem too. We have been treating them for almost a year, and we've made a ton of progress. Guest guest
Kerri,I think I lean in this direction as well, although I think other things can inhibit cellular functioning as well (toxins etc..). Anyway, would love to know more details about your kiddo and what you're doing now. Sent from my iPhone My son has been on MB12/folinic/Acetyl Cysteine trio injections for two years and recently found out through lab results ordered by our neurologist that his B12 level is 3963 and the norms are 211-921.
