Guest guest
Hello: Here are today's recipes. pH Restorer Good for: All skin types Use: daily Follow with: moisturizer Prep time: approx 5 to 10 mins. Yields: approx. 32 treatments Store in: bottle or spritzer Special: Softens skin 2 cups distilled water 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 10 drops favorite essential oil--try lavender, lemon, or rose Combine ingredients and store. Use approx. 1 TBSP per application. Splash it on if you wish. The vinegar will help combat the alkaline residue that soap or cleansers can leave behind. When your skin maintains the correct pH balance (5.5), it has a much better chance of fighting off infections. Requires no refrigeration. Old-Fashioned Lavender Toner Good for: normal and dry skin Use daily Follow with: moisturizer Prep time: 2 weeks Mix with: shake jar occasionally during 2-week period Store in: bottle or spritzer Yields: approx. 48 treatments Special: Smells sweet and floral. 1 TBSP lavender flowers 1 cup witch hazel 6 drops essential oil of lavender Combine ingredients in a tightly lidded jar and store in a dark, cool place. Allow lavender to steep for 2 weeks. Shake jar vigorously every other day or so. Strain and bottle. Use approx. 1 tsp. per application and shake well before each use. Requires no refrigeration. I will look up things for hair and try to post later, Kareemah
