THANK YOU TO ALL WHO HAVE RESPONDED TO MY QUESTION.

THE TRANSFER WAS CRITICAL . IN FACT, IT WAS LIFE OR DEATH !

THE MEDIC FELT EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE ABOUT ASKING FOR PAYMENT,

AND THE HOSPITAL STAFF SAW THE MEDIC'S CONCERN AND THEY WERE

APPALLED THAT THE MEDIC'S COMPANY WOULD BE SO DEMANDING ABOUT

SUCH A PAYMENT. I'M SURE THAT ALL SERVICES HAVE LOST REVENUE BEFORE.

I COULD GO ON, BUT I WON'T.

THANKS, AGAIN FOR ALL THE INPUT
