Guest guest
That¹s a good suggestion, . I don¹t want to become so depressed that I stop taking care of myself. Self-care has to be a top priority for me right now so I can start feeling better. Part of the depression is related to the fact that I¹m not feeling well enough to work much right now, and all this diabetes-related stuff is getting costly. I¹m not on insulin, but I¹m taking a lot of glucose regulating supplements. That combined with test strips and nutritionist visits- it¹s getting a bit overwhelming! > I am finding it very difficult and sometimes even >> > annoying to arrange my schedule around meals, snacks, bg testing. > I¹m glad >> > to know I¹m not the only one going through this. >> > >> > >> > > > Most definately not.
