Guest guest
When we were in Alaska my daughter-in-law got horribly ill and had a killer sore throat. She didn't have insurance (and didn't want to hike out two miles each way anyway:) so she looked through one of her books and found a cure for a sore throat. It was garlic tea. She put four big cloves of garlic in a cup and poured boiling water over it. She drank it as hot as she could (while making all sorts of faces) and then ate the garlic. She did that several times each day for a couple of days. Her sore throat was cured and so was she. The onions sounds similar except for the addition of the sugar. Interesting! But she'd chop up onions, put them in a bowl, completely cover them with sugar, then put something HEAVY on top of that mixture in the bowl.. that will somehow "juice" up.. and she'd ladle that into them by the tablespoons... Personally I think it SCARED the cold out of them.. LOL.. HUGS |)onna I always make my own recipe of "Cold Cure"-- a mix of orange, grapefruit, lemon, lime juices. I swear it will cure what ails ya:) Sharon This email is a natural hand made product. I don't think you've been to one since you've been in Florida, right? Dang Rob for bringing you a cold! Sharon This email is a natural hand made product.
