Hi Judith,

Have you tried stevia? It¹s supposed to be good for you and you only need a

teeny tiny bit. I don¹t like it as much as sugar, but it¹s the nest best

thing that I know is safe. I found a good product online called ³Sweet

Vibes² by Vibrant Health that uses stevia, and so far I like it.

I have it but I don't seem to be able to figure out how to use it. Very

frustrating. So when Splenda came out I waited a while (I never use new

products on the market) and tried it. Works for me. At my age I don't

think I'm going to worry about long term problems LOL..... I need something

that works now while I can still enjoy myself! :-)
