Making tasty breads with soaked, unyeasted dough is far, far beyond my skill. I think I remember someone saying that they have had success following the NT system, but also using yeast? Within the span of things we do to our diet, a little yeast won't kill me. I'd love to make sandwitches for work. Ham sandwitches with spicy brown mustard.
