Of course, spelt isn't always the answer. My wheat-sensitive child reacts

worse to spelt than to wheat. *sigh* We are on a rotation diet and she gorges

on wheat days and doesn't seem to eat much on wheatless days. May have to cut

out the wheat completely if I can figure out how else to (cheaply) fill up

the kiddos.
