Cast iron pans

Now you've got me thinking, at least with whatever is left of my non iron-filled lesion brain cells. I had to get rid of all my cast iron before "he" became "ex" due to his hemachromatosis. But I admit they were the best frying pans ever.

But it makes me wonder if we should be using them. If the iron is absorbed with hemachromatosis and our lesions are iron, I wonder .... hugs, Cait

No evidence yet that lesions are iron...cast iron so far has been considered a good thing because it supplements iron...and most women have an iron deficiency due to our periods. www.laurabeaudin.com --NOT just another blog!
