Guest guest
Having worked with the psychiatric population, let me relay, that the amount of adolescents, including a five-year old that I have seen with permanent nerve damage from Risperdol is very alarming. It's so alarming, and so awful, that I would choose autism over it any day. Haldol (haloperidol), Abilify, and other antipsychotics also did this. Stick to the docs who choose alternative treatments. You don't want permanent nerve damage. On the higher doses, you just don't know what I have seen. The high doses take a small amount of time to cause the damage. Love and prayers, Heidi N Did you read the study? Shows a statistically significant improvement in autistic kids at high doses. Go to the conclusion section at the end.
