Getting back in the saddle

It's been a while, but I would like to try to get back on the truck. (Give me

something to do between study sessions for the MCAT this summer. Ugg.) But I

need to know various lifting requirements for services around the DFW area (the

closer to Denton, the better). Can anyone give a gimp medic a hand on this one?
