Well I really needed Rob to take me to the store for some grocery shopping, but he had other ideas. So, not really knowing WHAT I was going to make, I remembered that I just got a bag of pierogies from Schwans. Ok, I've never really know what to do with them, I do usually manage to make them edible but there's always something...missing. So I took my last 3 onions (all medium-smallish ones), cut them in 1/2 and sliced them, sauteed them in butter with a lot of garlic (still fighting that cold) till they were just translucent. Topped them with the pierogies all arranged nicely, and covered the lot with a large can of chopped tomatoes. Tossed on some basil, covered the lot and baked it for 45 mins at 400*, then when I uncovered them I sprinkled on some Parma cheese...it was BEYOND good! For the first time in I don't know HOW long, I now only ate it all but went back for SECONDS!! So I am not SO stuffed...only reason I am rolling on the ground is not from laughing it's cuz I am too stuffed to get up!!1

Speaking of the cold, you know the worst part is I still can't smell ANYTHING? I couldn't even smell the onions and garlic sauteeing!!! Now THAT's BAAAD!!!
