Guest guest
Hello ladies, My daughter 4.5 yrs old is very low in energy and less attentive lately. We have been on DAN! protocol for 2 years now and she is on tons of supplements which also include high doses of B6, MB12 shots and much more.I am not sure what is helping her and what is not. Does any other parent have similar issues? I am getting very frustrated with this fluctuation of issues every now and then. Is there any thing I can use/do in addition to DAN supplements? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks much in advance for your help and time. Pratima

Guest guest
Remove it all, wait a week or two and start over, adding one thing at a time. It's good to do this every once in a while anyway because sometimes things just aren't needed anymore. Supplement breaks are a good thing. But this time, you need to take notes. On my blog there is a biomed book category, go there and print the pages. Start a biomed book. You need to know what's dong what. If you don't know, you'll always be in this situation. When you know what's doing what, it's a lot easier to find the problems when they occur. ~Antiviral Therapy 101~ http://www.gryffins-tail.blogspot.com ~~ @Gryffins_Tail ~ Hello ladies, My daughter 4.5 yrs old is very low in energy and less attentive lately. Guest guest
Thank you all for your input. I agree with you Cheryl. How long do I wait before adding things to her routine? How do I check for mito dysfunction? She is on some mito supplements though. Thanks again for your help. Pratima > > Sounds like Mito symptoms. Guest guest
depends on what it is. For the most part 3 days to 1 week is enough, depending on what it is. If it's something you think might be causing a problem, give it a week or longer. If it's something you really don't think causes an issue, give it 3 days. If it's something that can create die off, wait until die off is over. Some things require more time. With Rx antivirals, you'll want to wait a month before adding something - or at least wait until die off is over. With MB12, it can take up to 5 weeks, so you'll want to wait at least long. It just depends on what it is. And you'll always want to keep your common sense about you. If it seems like you should wait longer, then wait longer. ~Antiviral Therapy 101~ http://www.gryffins-tail.blogspot.com ~~ @Gryffins_Tail ~ Thank you all for your input. I agree with you Cheryl.
