We are in Longwood School district. I sent an email directly to you with the form attached. Didn't mention a specific religion just "strong Christian Morals" I will send you directly 2 sample letters that we worked off of. On the first page of the 2 that you will get, there are 2 paragraphs I put in bold for you. Make sure you include them because the law does state that they are not allowed to question your beliefs, but they will try!

What town are you from? And in your letter to the site did you state a specific religion? Also what is the NYS form did you send? Sorry so many questions.....

There may be help in every state from the Home School Legal Defense Fund (used to cost $100/yr). I imagine they would accept public school folks. They looove to prevail over bureaucrats.

I'll send it but it specifically states the NYS law. You need to find the NJ laws and wording and replace it
