Guest guest
I will start by saying that I am not an expert on thyroid meds, I have just done a little research because my husband and one of my daughters need to be on Armour. This is a great website to educate yourself in general: www.stopthethyroidmadness.com This is an over the counter option: http://www.nutri-meds.com/ It is available as porcine thyroid AND as bovine thyroid. On the stop the madness site, they state that many people say it is a weaker formulation, so you may need to use more of it. I also found this on their website: http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/jewish/ I don't know if that is helpful or not. Guest guest
I just want to say that it may make sense to. Noose a thyroid supplement vs a medication. Once you get on medication, the thyroid adjusts and stops making as much hormone. But if you can support the gland, it may improve without medication. Guest guest
Oops. Just saw my typo. I meant to use a supplement, not noose. :)Sent from my iPhone I just want to say that it may make sense to. Noose a thyroid supplement vs a medication.
