Guest guest
As a result of one of my posts, I got a call from one of Physio's folks today and he clarified some of the issues that are surrounding the " consent decree " between the FDA and Physio. Physio is allowed to ship products to several categories of clients under the decree, the main one being services whose whole cardiology program is built on Physio's platforms and who need replacement or new machines. They are allowed to buy machines to keep their programs from having to switch to another system, et cetera. Others with urgent needs can also purchase. The main items yet to be resolved have to do with the engineering and manufacturing process and procedures. Such things as manufacturing tolerances, and so forth. Factory Q/I stuff. The next version of Lifepak 12 is probably going to resolve many of the existing and formerly existing problems. If anybody wants more information, I can refer you to the right people to talk to.
