EMS WEEK Awards Banquet and Nominations for Recipients

The Greater Houston EMS Council is once again hosting our annual

EMS WEEK AWARDS BANQUET and we need your participation to make this a

success!

These activities are open to all physicians, health care

administrators and staff, EMS agencies, Fire Departments, and other

parties interested in supporting our EMS community. We encourage you

to bring your dedicated employees, sponsors, or community leaders to

celebrate theses courageous and dedicated individuals that care for

our citizens.

Our annual EMS AWARDS BANQUET will be held at MONUMENT INN on Friday

May 23rd. Cocktails will be available from the cash bar beginning at

6:30pm. We will be having a " Roast " in honor of Thelma Lemley and

will kick off our celebration at 7:30pm.

Individual seats are available for purchase at $40 per person, or a

table for 10 may be purchased for $350. Tickets are available in

advance by contacting Thelma Lemley at gcdwi@..., or may be

purchased at the door.

Nomination forms are due today MAY 12th by close of business, but if

you need an extension, please just call or email us to let us know.

In addition to the banquet, A FREE LUNCH will be provided to all EMS

personnel on Wednesday May 21st from 10am to 2pm at Hermann Park.

Just follow the signs and drive up for some fun and great food!

We are also looking for sponsors for both of these events.
