I did not leave Jeff alone; he was with me all the way, including in the trunk of the large cab!Love to you, Donna and to all of you,nP.S. We had Peet's coffee! To: MSersLife Sent: Fri, November 19, 2010 12:58:42 PMSubject: Re:

Jeff will

be sad that you left him all alone n :)

I had some wonderful coffee last night as well... Dinner was

pretty good too.. I'd forgotten the taste of venison.. and he

made S.O.S... but over French Fries instead of toast or mashed

taters.. Earl is a great cook, but I can't seem to get him to

understand that all the spices that I love.. don't like me right

now.. but I eat, tell him it's great (cause it is).. then find

the bottle of Acid Reducer.. LOL..

Coffee.. now that was the stuff can be ordered over the

internet.. begins with a G.. specialty blends.. 's boss sent

it home with him, because he was going to throw it away.. So

made me some Pecan Torte Coffee.. was pretty tasty.. not

something I want daily though.. Think I'll try the Pumpkin

Cinnamon next..

I'm glad you had a wonderful evening.. it's nice to be able to

get out and about and talk to people.. rather than critters.. I

have to remind .. that he's got to start the conversations

round here.. cause I got nothing new to start a conversation

with.. LOL..

It sounds like you had a great evening..

The foot rest lifts upwards towards the chair--for getting

in and out.

For me, as I have severe peripheral neuropathy, the real

problem is

keeping my feet on the foot rest; they are bringing me a new

one with

sides on it--not too high. The belt is a lap belt and works

really well.

I actually went clear over to Edna's last evening--had

to--they had acci

dentally left the ringer on their phone on OFF!

I took a cab back, but Edna and her adult son gave me a

wonderful

dinner and coffee!

Love to you all,

n

n I'm so happy you have

a power chair and you can actually get out

of the house and go places in it. What a

blessing to live in an area that allows you

to do that. Can you get in it easily? I need

help to get in mine. Can't lift my leg on

the foot rest. But there's no place around

here I can go by myself. [too rural] I'd

love to be in an area where there are shops

I could go into, and just be around people

somtimes.

Keep on trucking! :-)

That was

even better yet n.. he got to come home with you.. I

thought you might be making a cab trip back over, then riding

him home later today or something..

I've never heard of Peet's.. Is that something local?

Unfortunately, nameless insists that he have his very own spot

(oh.. maybe nameless is a girl.. you know being all that

"insistent" and "contrary").. in a van of some sort.. Don't know

how I'd ever take her on vacation..

Ya know... I could just hug you to pieces n..

You never seem to lose your sense of humor!

Peet's began in Berkeley by "Mr. Peet," who has since died; the chain is all overmajor cities in California and even on line--nearly the best coffee I have ever had.Safeway sells one called Big River, and there is Rain Forest, and for the very best, but very expensive as the Canadian dollar is worth so much more than ours, is Murchie's from Vancouver Canada; most of these companies also sell really goodloose tea, too, expecially Murchie's.I love mine with Milk and Splenda or equivalent (Sucralose).Love,nTo: MSersLife Sent: Fri, November 19, 2010 1:19:25 PMSubject: Re: n has wheels! Thank You

n,

I'll check out "Peets" online..

And now that you've mentioned tea.. and I haven't had a good cup

of hot tea in at least a year.. I think I'm going to go find me

some.. and make me a cup.. even if it's only Lipton that I can

find..
