Hi Kate,.......yes I saw him about 4 times and because I didn't have health insurance I had to pay out of pocket, and he was very spendy. I liked the idea that he wasn't opposed to prescribing pharmaceutical medicines as well as alternative meds. He had his own theories of how to treat MS, and wrote articles and books about it. I was told because he didn't do double blind studies his "theories" were not recognized as valid by the medical communities. But he had over 2000 patients that he treated with special diets and cod liver oil, and one of my friends said she did feel better when she followed it. He also told me that people who were dx'ed with Chronic Fatigue/Fibromyalgia syndrome actually had MS. I don't know about that, but they do share many of the same symptoms. Many autoimmune illnesses have overlapping symptoms and I wouldn't be

surprised if they are all caused by the same thing, but are manifested as different diseases in people. Just my theory! :-)

Oh, I guess I didn't realize you had already been on baclofen. I'm so glad to hear you are feeling better with the reduction. Great news!
