Our neigbour asked us if we wanted to have dinner with her at our favorite restaurant yesterday, which we did. And they had brand new summer menues, so last night's dinner was (for me): For starter, "Toast Skagen" (that's toast with shrimps, mayonaise, dill and lemon, with roe – unsure from what fish – on top, it's a very common starter in Sweden), as main course I had grilled fillet of lophius piscatorius (angler?), and fried new potatoes, topped with butter, capers and yellow and red beetroot. Excellent, all of it! and our neigbour had carpaccio () and bruchetta (neigbour) for starters, and then they both had grilled chicken, apparently they didn't have the same dream I had the night before... The eggplant and the beenie weenie casserole sounds great too! How do you make the hush puppies?love/Reb
