Guest guest Posted April 15, 2002 Report Share Posted April 15, 2002 I have always thought that I probably have an underactive thyroid. Sally mentions the use of seaweed to obtain iodine. We can't afford the Celtic salt, so the seaweed is really my only potential source, as far as I can tell. Does anyone here know approx. how much kelp or whatever would be a good amount to start with?
