Guest guest
We've relaxed the Fast rules because of Himsel'f broken arm, so tonight was Aunt Wrenn's Pork Chops - Fill a baking dish with " enough " sliced potatoes. Flour and brown " enough " pork chops. Mix a can of mushroom soup with a can of water, a dash (or 2 or 3) of Worchestershire sauce, some beef boullion, dried chopped onion, pepper. Put the chops on top of the taters, pour the soup mix over, bake at 400 degrees about 1 hour, till taters and chops are done. Good with peas and a nice salad. in WY Practical Blackwork Designs " You get a wonderful view from the point of no return...
