EMT-B Refresher

Are there any refresher courses going on anytime soon in the central

Texas area? This is for someone who was an idiot and let their cert

expire. Will travel if needed.

Any suggestions?

It is my understanding the National Registry will not accept an on line

refresher course. Is this not the case?

The 24-hr formal 'Refresher' portion of NREMT-B reregistration can be

accomplished using a state-approved formal refresher course. However,

the NREMT policy specifically states that only 10 of those hours can be

distributive. Those taking all 24 of these hours online are running a

risk of having those hours disqualified on audit.

The re-registering NREMT-B must also complete 48 hours of additional CE,

24 of which may be distributive.
