That is the reason that I have never had a cardioversion, after looking

at my heart rhythm patterns they said it would be a total waste of time

and I would probably be back in a fib before I went home or at least by

the next day. Some people it works for, others like me, that can go in

and out of afib with ease it would not. How many times have they tried

to convert you, I would personally set yourself a limit and then say

enough is enough.

It seems pointless for me to keep going to emerg. they get me back on

track and then the next day I`m in afib. I`m waiting to see an

Internal Medicine Specialist in the meantime I`m off to the doctors to-

day, I hope she doesn`t insist that I go to emerg. as it will just

result in the same. Sorry for the moan......n

n, wondering why you are seeing an internist? Have you seen an

electrophysiologist? That would seem to be the place to start?
