I’ve found that a whole chicken can

be placed in the crock pot! Take out the neck and organ bag first, then

take a few whole potatoes and pierce them and wrap them in foil. Put the

potatoes on the bottom of the crock pot and then the whole chicken on the top

of the potatoes and let it cook on low all day. It’s delish!

My

favorite is baked chicken but I won't use the oven when it's this darned hot!

Roast it, or an

easy solution, just place it in a pan, pour a can of cream of anything over

it and bake it for 45 mins at 350* (time depending on bone-in or

boneless, cut-up or whole)

-- what's for

dinner?

Well...another

relatively quiet day here...

Thought I'd share what I'm having for supper, and curious as to

everyone's menus for tonight.

I made, for the first time ever, homemade turkey/beef meatballs,

and the water is on right now for the 'sghetti. Green beans to

go with. Fruit and/or icecream for dessert.

love to all,

love and blessings,

Kate
