I think they do lactate and ammonia and creatine and creatinine (you can't use the tourniquet when lactate is pulled)and then another test you can do is MTHFR. Have you already tested for Fragile X?

 

Hi everyone,I have twin boys with PDD-NOS. I'm going to see their genetic and metabolic disorder doctor tomorrow...If somebody can guide me what to ask the doctors or which specific tests can I ask them to order to rule out mitochondrial dysfunction and any other specific tests I can request them.I'llb waiting 4 the reply from u guys.
