Urgent...need some guidance for genetic & metabolic testing

Hi everyone,I have twin boys with PDD-NOS. I'm going to see their genetic and metabolic disorder doctor tomorrow...If somebody can guide me what to ask the doctors or which specific tests can I ask them to order to rule out mitochondrial dysfunction and any other specific tests I can request them.I'llb waiting 4 the reply from u guys.ThanksRubin
